Terms and Conditions

I. General provisions

By using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. We recommend reading them carefully before using the platform. Accessing and/or using the website constitutes your ACCEPTANCE of these conditions and obliges you to comply with them.

Viena Medclinic SRL reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. The terms and conditions in force are those displayed on the website at the time of access.

II. Definitions

  • PLATFORM / WEBSITE: the web page belonging to Viena Medclinic SRL, located at www.consultatii.vienamedical.ro, through which individuals may request medical consultations online.
  • PATIENT / USER: any natural or legal person who accepts these terms and conditions and places an order on the platform.
  • PROVIDER: Viena Medclinic SRL, the provider of medical consultation services.
  • ORDER: a request for a medical service placed by the user by adding it to the cart and completing the checkout on the platform.
  • CONSULTATION: the confirmed and scheduled medical service, provided by specialist doctors at Viena Medclinic SRL.

III. Purpose of the platform

This website is an online platform for requesting specialist medical consultations, operated by Viena Medclinic SRL. The available medical services are listed on the platform as products that can be added to the cart. Placing an order represents a consultation request, not a confirmed appointment or an immediate payment obligation.

IV. Order and confirmation process

The complete process for obtaining a consultation is as follows:

  • Step 1 – Online order: The patient selects the desired medical service(s), adds them to the cart and completes the order on the platform. No payment is made at this stage.
  • Step 2 – Phone contact: A Viena Medclinic SRL representative will contact the patient by phone to agree on the date and time of the consultation, based on the specialist doctor’s availability.
  • Step 3 – Appointment confirmation: The appointment is considered confirmed only after the patient and the clinic representative have agreed by phone on the date and time of the consultation. Simply placing an online order does NOT guarantee an appointment.
  • Step 4 – Payment: After phone confirmation, the patient may pay for the consultation through one of the following methods:
  • online, via a secure payment link sent by the Viena Medclinic SRL team after phone confirmation;
  • at the clinic reception on the day of the consultation (cash or card).

V. Prices and payment methods

Prices displayed on the platform include VAT (19%). The final price will be confirmed during the phone contact. Payment is made exclusively after phone confirmation of the appointment, through one of the methods mentioned in Article IV. Bank transfer (wire transfer) is also available for legal entities.

Viena Medclinic SRL will not request payment prior to phone confirmation of the appointment. Any payment request made before confirmation is an error; please report it to office@consultatii.vienamedical.ro.

VI. Service unavailability

We do not guarantee the availability of all medical services at all times. If we are unable to fulfil a placed order (doctor unavailability, full capacity, etc.), the patient will be informed by phone and offered an alternative date. If the patient does not agree with the proposed alternative and has already made a payment, the full amount will be refunded within 48 hours to the bank account indicated by the patient.

VII. Order cancellation

The patient may cancel an order before phone confirmation without any financial obligation. After phone confirmation and payment, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation by contacting the clinic reception. Viena Medclinic SRL reserves the right to retain the consultation fee in the event of cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or in the event of a no-show without prior notification.

VIII. Personal information

Accessibility of personal information. Any information relating to an order placed on www.consultatii.vienamedical.ro will be stored for a limited period and will only be made available to third parties upon request by judicial authorities. We accept no liability arising from the submission of incorrect or incomplete data by the user.

Personal data security. Your personal data will be used solely for the purpose of managing orders, phone contact and providing information related to your consultation. We undertake not to disclose or sell any database containing personal information about our patients.

Account registration. By registering an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity carried out under your username. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
